Brayton Bee's Rhyme: I’m Brayton Bee - I’m a family guy. I’m buzzing and busy as the day rolls by. I flit and I fly, helping flowers to grow. When my work is done, then away I go. Back to my hive with pollen I race. Helping to make it a sweeter place. Be smart, work hard, with a smile like mine. And earn those bees for Golden Time!~~~ Look on the Brayton Bee page for next week's class targets.

All children are unique

If you have more than one child in your family, you will already know that siblings can be as different as chalk and cheese.

They have different personalities, likes, habits and abilities.

Sometimes, parents wonder why what works with one child may not work with the next one.

Some children are naturally compliant - they are easy to manage. Some children are naturally strong willed - they are more challenging! Sometimes the strong willed child takes up more energy and it can sometimes seem like this child is ruling the roost at home.

If this happens, the compliant child's needs may be overlooked.

Understanding the unique personality and needs of every child in our family helps us to respond appropriately to them - the same can be said of children in the class at school.
